Private instruction enables you to delve deep into the practice and ensures safety through close attention and proper alignment. One-on-one, you can have all your questions answered and progress through a directed program to accomplish your goals.

1. CONSULATATION

To get started, please fill out an interest form and we will get back to you within 24 hours, or give us a call at (844)YOGA-HUB

2. THE LESSON

  • Your YogiPro will have a plan ready before your first lesson, and provide a mat and props if you do not have your own. All you need for preparation is to wear comfortable clothes that you can move and breathe in, and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
  • Your YogiPro will direct you through a posture sequence, customized to fit your goals, and provide alignment tips and hands-on adjustments throughout. You will learn breath and posture techniques, and different modifications to suit your level of ability.

3. POST-LESSON

After the lesson, your instructor will email you feedback and postures to work on at home. As you progress, your instructor will modify your practice plan accordingly. For ongoing lessons or packages, you may update and renew with us, or complete your program.
