A. GUESTS & RESIDENTS

For travelers, being away from home can be a trying time on the body and mind. Yoga is a great on-site activity that enhances the guest experience at your hotel, increases guest loyalty and referrals, and for regular patrons, helps build community.

 

C. VIP PRIVATE LESSONS

Make valued guests feel special, and treat them to a private yoga class. One-on-one yoga lessons with a YogaPro can be a remarkable experience that your important guest remembers forever.

 

E. OUTDOOR CLASSES

Create an unrivaled experience for your guests: hold classes in an outdoor space, such as a rooftop or garden in fair weather seasons.

 

B. CONFERENCES & EVENTS

Complete your menu of conference and event amenities - offer yoga services for groups of all sizes, from bridal parties to large company retreats. Services include full mat practice, or Stand & Stretch, a midday stretching break for all attendees; no setup, mats, or change of clothes are required.

 

D. STAFF

Serve your staff to maximize your human resources in all departments. Staff classes are great for team-building, workplace wellness, work/life balance, employee retention, and employer savings in health costs.


 

STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR CLASS TYPE

Our class types enable you to offer yoga that works with the space and time you have available. Pick a class type that best meets your needs.

 

A. MAT PRACTICE

A traditional all-levels class; students set up on yoga mats, and the instructor leads them through techniques of posture, breath, and meditation.

  • The space requirement is about 21 sq. ft. of open space per student.
  • Classes require 10 additional minutes before and after for set up and clean up.
  • Choose a level ranging from gentle to fitness, or classical, a blend of the two.
  • Full practice: 45-60 minutes (extended sessions available upon request)
  • Express Sesh: 30-45 minutes

We provide mat rentals upon request.

B. STAND & STRETCH

This yoga practice takes place in a meeting or conference room, dining room, or other multi-use space, and does not require room setup, mats or change of clothes. The instructor teaches postures, breathing, and meditation, at a mild to moderate level of intensity, depending on the lesson style and student group. We can accommodate any size group. Duration: 15-45 minutes.

C. PRIVATE LESSONS

Create a personalized guest experience for your VIP visitors. One-on-one private yoga lessons are a truly special and unique opportunity to practice yoga, appealing to both beginners and advanced practitioners. Our YogaPros specialize in identifying and accommodating individual student needs, and providing a customized lesson that allows them to progress directly towards their goals. Duration: 45-60 minutes, extended sessions available upon request.


 

STEP 4: LET US HELP YOU SET UP YOUR PROGRAM

Upon the start of your program, we provide Yoga Hub’s Partner Guide, a resource to help you maximize awareness and streamline class setup.

For classes that are open to the public:

  • we will take online signups
  • manage payments
  • promote on our social media and website
  • provide marketing material for both print and web
 

 

STEP 5: ENJOY YOUR YOGA PROGRAM STRESS-FREE

You’ll never have to worry about teacher management, as we handle everything from teacher payments to finding substitute teachers.
