Our YogaPros specialize in creating an incredible yoga experience for all students, no matter level of experience or ability. We communicate with group organizers to determine the nature and needs of your group, and work together to develop a program that fits. Class types

We categorize group classes into three different types: Mat Practice, "Express Sesh," and Workshops. Class style is entirely up to the group organizer or the students. Options include, but are not limited to: fitness, gentle, office, travelers', advanced, and meditative. Most organizers prefer to denote the style as "classic," leaving room for the instructor to take requests from students on the day of the practice. 

 
 
 

"Express Sesh"

This 15-45 minute yoga practice can take place in the meeting or conference room, lounge area, dining room, lobby, lecture hall, or other multi-use space. Student capacity depends on the size and setup of the space- no mats are required. The instructor teaches meditation, breathing, and/or standing and seated postures, depending on group preferences.

MAT PRACTICE

Students set up on yoga mats to learn breath and meditation techniques while flowing through a sequence of traditional poses. The space requirement is about 21 square feet of open space per student, and about 10 minutes before and after class for setup. Some groups choose to purchase or rent mats from us, and others ask individuals to bring their own.

 

workshops

Students learn about specific yoga topics in a multi-week course or one-time seminar. We communicate with you to understand the the nature and needs of your group, and develop a program that fits accordingly. Courses extend over three to eight sessions, and help students incorporate yoga into their daily life.

Workshop topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Workplace Yoga

  • Team-building yoga

Send us your preferences through our online form, and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Or, you may give us a call at (844)YOGA-HUB to learn how we can accommodate your requests.

STEP 3: Customize & confirm

Pick your dates and times, and we'll set your group up with the best qualified YogaPro to teach your group. You'll review the terms of your package, and confirm booking upon payment by check or credit card.

STEP 4: Market your program

We'll send you a Partner Guide with resources to help you get the most out of your yoga program. You have the option to receive automated reminders about upcoming lessons.

Step 5: Stay in touch

We'll send you information about class sizes and student feedback. You are most welcome to send us feedback and requests to update or renew your program.
