Relax & Renew is a slow and rejuvenating yoga practice that is designed to gently calm your mind, restore your body, and help you prepare physically and mentally for the Boston Marathon. Your YogaPro will guide you through relaxing poses, calming breath and meditation techniques, while playing peaceful music in the background. You will bring your nervous system into "rest, digest and restore" mode, where healing work at the cellular level occurs.
