Yoga makes good athletes better. This special Boston Marathon class is designed for those who enjoy the body’s physical capacity for strength, and thrive off high-energy activities. Your YogaPro will guide you through a series of poses designed to stretch and relieve tension in the quads, hips, and hamstrings, helping you run more efficiently and stay injury-free. Breath and meditation techniques will help you visualize success and mentally prepare for victory. All levels of yoga experience and ability are welcome.
