An exclusive two-part yoga session on the rooftop!
Students may elect to attend the full 90-minute session, or just one part:
Yoga Fundamentals “Quickie” Tutorial (6:30-7pm)
Whether you want to try yoga for the first time, or develop a better understanding of the fundamentals, this tutorial will help you build a confident practice! You will learn:
Step-by-step instructions on common poses
Basic alignment principles
Proper breath technique
Answers to all your questions
In a relaxed setting with all beginners, this workshop is a great opportunity to develop a confident practice. Don’t miss out!
Guided Yoga Practice with music (7-8pm)
All levels of ability and experience are accommodated in this feel-good yoga class: focus your mind and energize your body as the class is uniquely sequenced to honor the energy-level and mood of your group. As uplifting music plays in the background, you will be guided through a series of poses, integrating all movements of the spine to achieve total balance. Options are provided to you to suit your level of ability — beginners are welcome! The session concludes with guided meditation in a restorative pose.

Sunrise Yoga Series
Start your week off right with sunshine, stretches, and all the best vibes: Roll out of bed and onto the rooftop for a blissful morning of guided yoga practice with YogaHub. The session begins with breath techniques and gentle movements to ease into your body, then gradually flow into more a more vigorous sequence that will have you energized and ready to take on the day. All levels of ability and experience are accommodated- beginners are welcome.
